1. About Gleamready
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Gleamready online store at gleamready.com. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Gleamready. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Questions can be sent to contactgleamready@gmail.com.

2. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious software or infringement of another person's rights.

3. Products and descriptions
Please review the product description, specifications and instructions before ordering. Images illustrate the product; screen settings can affect how colors appear. Styling results vary with hair type and technique. Our thermal styling brush is for dry hair only and does not blow air or dry wet hair. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings, and stop using a damaged product.

4. Prices and payment
The applicable currency, product price, shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout. Review the total before submitting your order. Price changes apply to future purchases, not retroactively to accepted orders. You must be authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment processing is handled through the payment services offered at checkout.

5. Orders and corrections
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error affects an order, or we reasonably suspect fraud, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and associated charges. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; fulfillment progress may limit what we can change.

6. Shipping
Shipping destinations, charges and estimated timing are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Please supply a complete and accurate delivery address. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. 7. Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, deadlines and the process for requesting a return or refund. Please contact contactgleamready@gmail.com before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions. 8. Privacy

9. Website content and third-party services
Store branding, photographs, text and other content belong to Gleamready or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce its content for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party links and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Shopify provides the platform; customer service for purchases from this store is provided by Gleamready.

10. Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts warranties, remedies or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law governs your statutory rights.

11. Updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
