30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing contactgleamready@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

Return eligibility

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. These unused-condition requirements do not exclude requests concerning products that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

How to return an item

Contact us before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send your item to the address printed on the package without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs

If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If your product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, GLEAMREADY will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Contact us before purchasing a return label so we can arrange the return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available. We will help arrange an appropriate return, refund or replacement.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If you have not received an expected refund, please contact us.
